Facing Operational Hurdles in EPR Implementation

CAA needed to develop a system robust enough to streamline complex workflows with Producers, Service Providers, and Stakeholders, while ensuring rigorous data security and detailed, actionable reporting. The need for a unified platform that offered robust reporting and analytics capabilities was evident. Additionally, ensuring data security and providing transparent, state-specific insights were critical requirements that demanded a tailored solution.

Building a Robust Platform for Scalable EPR Management

In partnership with Provisio, Redtag led the implementation of a comprehensive Salesforce platform to address CAA's challenges. The solution was designed to be scalable, secure, and user-friendly, catering to the unique needs of Producers, Service Providers, and Stakeholders.

By configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, the team created a system that allowed CAA to manage leads, accounts, contacts, and contracts efficiently. Integrations with Reltio MDM, Marketo, WorkDay, and Data Foundation ensured a single source of truth for data, enhancing operational efficiency and preventing duplicates.

A secure portal was built for Producers to register, interact, and conduct financial transactions with CAA. This portal included features like self-registration, real-time chat functionality, and online payment options via credit card or bank transfer.

For Service Providers, another secure portal was developed to capture their activity throughout the supply chain, from pickup to recycling. This portal supported various data capture methods and ensured seamless claims management.

State-specific reports and dashboards were created to provide Stakeholders with transparent insights, enhancing decision-making and compliance. The system also supported advanced auditing capabilities, marketing campaign management, and customer support through multiple channels.

By adopting an Agile implementation approach, Provisio and Redtag ensured that the solution was aligned with CAA's priorities, providing maximum benefit with reduced risk. This dynamic and responsive partnership paved the way for continuous improvement and scalability.
