Today, our priority is to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine — those who protect our lives, fight for Ukrainian freedom and independence and champion the cause of the entire civilized world.
In line with this mission, the company's main focus is to support employees who have joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as their families.
In addition to the company's support, our employees actively contribute through personal donations. We have a company-wide chat where everyone can share information about fundraising for military needs for their relatives and friends. Furthermore, as a cherished tradition, we end each week during our All Hands meeting with a collective effort to support one of our fundraising initiatives.
Redtag, together with other IT companies, participates in projects initiated by the Lviv IT Cluster that aim to support military, critical and civilian infrastructure, as well as strengthen regional security.
Our company, together with employee contributions, has actively supported NGO Zemlyachky in fundraising for uniforms and boots for women defending our homeland.
On its anniversary, our company made a significant contribution to support the military reconnaissance unit Madyar's Birds, now the 414th Separate Battalion of Strike Unmanned Aviation Systems within the Ukrainian Marine Corps.
To support unbroken Ukrainian children, our company launched the sports and social initiative Run for UNBROKEN. Its goal is to raise funds for equipment for children's rehabilitation in Ukraine.
Throughout the month, employees run daily and convert their kilometers into donations, with 1 km equaling $1 in support of the National Rehabilitation Center "Unbroken."
For the second year in a row, the sports and social initiative Run for UNBROKEN continues to promote an incredible sense of unity within our team. Participants enthusiastically cheer each other on and unite for joint runs. Experienced runners generously share their expertise and cheerfully support newcomers, who, to everyone's surprise (even their own), conquer their first 3, 5, or even 20 kilometers, despite initially thinking that 'running isn't their thing'😜
Twice a year, Redtaggers participate in blood donation drives to meet the needs of soldiers undergoing treatment at the National Rehabilitation Center "Unbroken."
In spring 2023, we launched this initiative, and since then, Corporate Donor Day has blossomed into a cherished tradition.
Today, we're proud to share that 32 donors have generously contributed, enabling us to collect a remarkable 14.4 liters of blood, ensuring we can support and save the lives of those who safeguard ours.
Every year, before St. Nicholas Day, Redtaggers join a social initiative to fulfill the dreams of Ukrainian children who have been affected by the war. Upon receiving children's letters, our employees prepare gifts and send them to the children by post.
