Employer Brand Manager

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Previous working experience as PR and Communications Manager, or Marketing is at least 3 years.
  • Previous work experience with CSR.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in employer branding and digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and community.

    What you’ll do:
    • Develop and maintain a positive public image of the company to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Organize and run corporate events. Act as a company spokesperson.
    • Oversee corporate communication channels, ensuring a regular publishing schedule and alignment with the company’s employer brand goals.
    • Coordinate educational, social, sport, and charity events and initiatives to engage employees.
    • Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies, ensuring alignment with the employer brand.
    • Introduce the company to themed networking events and industry conferences both locally and internationally to expand visibility and attract top talent.
    • Create diverse employer brand content, including social media posts, presentations, articles, and videos, and manage its distribution across various channels.
    • Plan, create, and implement communication campaigns that align with employer branding goals. Create targeted employee communications (newsletters, videos, training programs) that promote company values, engage employees, and foster a connected community.
    • Maintain an editorial calendar for blogs, newsletters, and other communications, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.
    • Plan all branded items design and production.
    • Track and analyze key metrics related to employer brand performance, including social media engagement, employee satisfaction, and recruitment success rates.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employer branding, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge.
