Redtag team dove headfirst into Vaillant’s labyrinth of APIs with one goal in mind – simplify and empower. Through focused collaboration and a sprinkle of ingenuity, we engineered a tailored solution that would deliver seamless integration between SAP and Salesforce, two of the company’s most critical systems. 

To ensure all teams were speaking the same language, we developed comprehensive documentation that served as a roadmap for smooth communication.

The entire project was executed within the Scrum framework, powering forward through two-week sprints punctuated by user demos. Across two years of collaboration, the solution became a foundation for success across multiple internal projects.
