Task:

MCFE has selected Tavant Warranty to be the global system for warranty management.

Solution:

For conducting warehouse accounting and managing customers MCFE has decided to use Salesforce with further integration with Tavant. For that integration are used: Middleware server ION and REST API. Methods for synchronous and asynchronous calls, using invocable, batchable and scheduler class annotations have been implemented.
